The Sales Associate plays an important role on the sales floor as they are the direct link between the product and the customer. 

As a sales associate, you will be in charge of selling products from various Mana Up companies at our retail location, House of Mana Up, in Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service.

  • Be well prepared with product knowledge on Mana Up and the featured companies to answer questions

  • Operate cash registers/Shopify POS system, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.

  • Achieve established goals.

  • Direct customers to merchandise within the store.

  • Increase in store sales.

  • Superior product knowledge.

  • Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.

  • Introduce promotions, opportunities, and special product information to customers.

  • Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.

  • Fulfill e-commerce orders with accuracy and efficiency

  • Control inventory within a retail setting

  • Maintain inventory protocol and procedures

  • Increase or maintain a company’s profits through inventory control

  • Be well prepared with product knowledge on Mana Up and the featured companies to answer questions

  • Build and package gift sets 

  • Openly communicate call outs/concerns on product levels 

 

Requirements:

  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.


Preferences: 

  • Retail sales experience preferred

  • Ability to speak Native Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, and/or Korean is a plus
